Honestly in this time I would prefer to get the Nissan Frontier if not the Frontier the Titan .. Because all these other trucks on the market are going to be very unreliable in a short minute ..
Honda is discontinuing the Ridgeline because its sales are really not good and they can not create a body on frame SUV or truck it is one reason why they were so adamant on Nissan ..
But the Ridgeline does not sell well at all globally ..
Some compagnies really forget that a truck should stay a truck ! I really don‘t need a screen in the middle. I like the KISS principe, Keep it simple, stupid. So the Ford will never be for me. 😊

Ford needs to squeeze a normally aspirated 5.0 Coyote into the Ranger. Enthusiasts would line up to buy it. Time will tell, but I think the simplicity of the Nissan will definitely be around for the long haul. Love the Honda NA 3.5, but I’m sorry, it’s not a “truck”. I’d buy a Pilot or Passport in Trail sport trim first. At least my groceries will be warm and dry, while I wait for the tow truck to get me out of the windrow at the end of my driveway.
Ridgeline all day! The most comfortable 9 speed mid size truck, the best and spacious interior, trunk in bed, 2 mode tailgate, 1500lbs payload and 5k towing capacity. Japanese reliability and best resale value.
I like the Frontier and the Honda. My only concern with the Frontier is that the water pump is inside the engine. Which means you have to tear open the engine to switch out water pump and it is chain driven. Which can be a good thing or bad thing

I got myself a ridgeline recently. Its a geeat one to have as a fanily vehicle. You got kids you're taming places and you still need something to occasionally do some work. That Honda has your back.
Forgetting about the swing gate on the Ridgeline is almost criminal

The Ford's 2.7 has PROVEN to be badass but for the money I bought a ccsb 5.0 FX4 F150!!!!

24 Ridgeline doesn't offer in bed audio anymore. It also has a 9 speed auto, not 10.
I have 2020 and 2024 Frontier’s in my household and they are the best trucks I’ve owned in my 53 years.
Not basic and thankfully not unnecessarily overdone. Real trucks period.

I have an older Frontier Nismo. Tough as nails that one. Rough around the edges and never showed well in any comparisons. I won't sell it because it's worth zip but cost so little to operate. That being said, I have a 23 RTLE RL, and say what you will, I expect it to be around around another 19 years like the Nissan. My buddy's 23 Ranger 4X4 will knock the carbonation out of a canned soft drink or beer in five miles of driving. That's a real-world comparison. I thought my old Nissan rode like a gut wagon until we took a backroad trip in the Ranger. Come on, Ford, you can do better than letting a 20 YO truck shame you. The Ford has become a regular visitor to the dealer as well. I really wanted to like it because I think it looks like a truck should look and has some really strong points. Hope they get it right soon.
