You can see that at 6:55 Blondie does a slight tilt/nod with his head while looking at Tuco. Angel Eyes sees this and he begins to panic and he does fast look on Tuco and Blondie. Also after Blondies nod, Tuco is doesn't look Angel Eyes at all but he just stares at Blondie

The only part of this scene that bothers me is that the one dude moved his gun from his waist back to his holster *and never realized the damned thing wasn't loaded.* I get that his entire character is being a greedy fool, but it is shown earlier in the movie that he has enough of an eye (and ear) for detail to build a working gun from separate mismatched parts and have it work flawlessly. Someone with those kinds of skills should be able to *easily* tell when his gun is and is not loaded.
