  1. This is a very rare film where the general audience and the fans are about 180° opposite in their view. The only scene which was very unexpected and made me laugh extremely was the Reddin Kinsley's dance in ladies dress at the climax. Also I was literally shocked when AK wants to roam in Mumbai one last time but he just walks in a street and all the gansters seem to be present in that street at the same time. Are they gansters or Beggars !!

  2. This guy always trying to make the review to be poetic even there is no scope for it 😂😂 it looks absolutely artificial . Instead of saying what the movie actual is (which is complete mindless cringe ) he has to drag it out and beat around the bush

  3. Though I've mixed opinion about GBU, I'm glad Ajith for once didn't interfere and let Adhik do what he wanted. Had Ajith given the same liberty to H. Vinodh and Magizh the outcome might have been much much better. I think due to his preparation for racing he ended up giving full accountability to Adhik and that in a way turned fruitful.

  4. Not every actors are blessed with huge fan base. It's easy for actors like Vikram, Surya, Dhanush to tread on strictly story based scripts. But, Ajith has insane fan base and that itself is a problem as the market demand is more mainstream mass movie even if it's a mindless one. Red is still a favorite of many fans. So, I think we should leave some heroes like Ajith to cater the market demand & theatrical revenue. For movies as an art form we should focus on other actors like Vikram, Surya, Dhanush, etc. Basically market decides what sort of script an hero should choose and history shows Ajith in a right commercial venture is a money spinner.

  5. I FEEL AK DOESN'T WANT TO SHOCK HIS AUDIENCE TOO QUICK, MAY HE FEELS THAT HE LET THEM DOWN TOO MUCH, NOW HE GIVEN THEM SOMETHING TO CHEAR UP, NEXT 5 YEARS HE MAY FOCUS ON CHANGING OR STRUCTURING THEM. MAY BE, WE NEED TO WAIT AND SEE

  6. What you said about the "ugly" point is correct, but the generation has changed—not just in cinema, but in all aspects of life, including lifestyle. We belong to an older generation, so we may not be able to accept many of the current generation's preferences, but we should still admire their interests.

However, when it comes to movie reviews, this point isn’t really necessary and might not work. As you mentioned, it's not just one film—many recent movies are using retro songs and trending memes. This has become common in both small and big-budget films. Examples include Love Today, Dragon, GOAT, Manjummel Boys, and more.

My point is that nowadays, if fresh and content-driven films want to succeed and leave a lasting impression, OTT platforms are the best option. OTT allows people to watch at any time, based on their mood and convenience. The world is moving fast in every way, and people are under pressure to work hard, learn new things, and earn enough to survive. Because of that, they look for fun, light-hearted entertainment in theaters to escape from their past, present, and future responsibilities—and to find a moment of happiness in their stressful lives.

So if your intention is to guide or support people, please consider creating a separate channel for that and share all your valuable thoughts there. But kindly don’t include such points in individual movie reviews, because a lot of people’s lives and hard work go into making a film. These kinds of comments can unintentionally mislead genuine cinema lovers and make them feel guilty for enjoying something.

    This is my humble request.

  7. As usual, it is very nice. Already the audience reaches the seats with such expectations that they only never want to see a serious film, so they are aligned with writing. If it were a Maniratnam movie, they would go in a different thought process. Every movie has a template audience that knows how to see an Adhik Ravichandran movie, so hopefully it is not a bad thought to pay homage to the old movies. Apart from this, the sentiments degree or scale portrayed in this movie is adequate people are in reel/shorts generations it is sufficient for them
