Gor a v8 h3 and i lovw it
Fix everything. Better than car payments.
I got an 07 h3 got it with 250xxx had a broken front strut but the trans was rebuilt efore i purchasedit. I can relate to some of the things like the E brake and glove box and the net on the back of seats. Proformnce wise i think there good rigs, slow but there weren't built to go fast. I havent had to many issues other then blowing a trans hose but that was transmission shop fault. I Love my hummer and anything that fails just gets and upgrade in its place.
Dude you have no idea how to take care of a car, your just a whinny lazy OLD man…I have a High mileage H3 and I actually repair mine, nothing is left all Broken..it's call maintenance. Look it up in the dictionary.
I had an 06 Adventure package that I bought almost new and never had a single issue with anything for almost 100k miles.
Thank You!!😮
I have two 2007. Both have had a few issues for 2007. For the most part mine are very reliable. Both have over 120,000 miles and paid 10,500 for both. Interior on both are perfect. So, many of the parts you speak of i have replaced. So, you are rright. But the door latch was $4 and 5 min fix. The ebrake handle was $12 a d 15 min fix. All in all, i love both of them.
Interesting. Reliability has been good on mine. H3, Year 2008 and 242,000 klms on it. Issues ive had.
New rear axel, new battery, top bushing, steering rack bushings, other bushings, brake pump replacement and exhaust sensor. The wing mirror was ripped off during a storm. Generally Thats the same amount of issues ive had with my vw transpoter with similar klms. I use the hummer for light off roading and long highways trips. Its automatic system is still sweet as a nut. I guess its a luck game.
For those of you considering buying an H3 – DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS GUY.
Sounds to me like he bought a severely abused H3 and possibly kept abusing it himself. His review is laughably incorrect.
I have owned my 2008 Hummer H3 (Luxury) since 2010 (14 years) and the only issue he described that I have experienced is the plastic side cover on the side of the driver's seat coming loose. No issues with the emergency brake. My keys have never fallen out. Zero issues with the transmission and I have 135k miles on mine. No broken leaf springs (and I have off roaded quite a bit in mine). I have had to replace the battery TWICE in 14 years.
Yes, I have had normal wear and tear repairs – water pump, one window switch, one wheel bearing, shifter cable, brakes, tires – in 14 years – but that should be expected with ANY vehicle over the course of 14 years. And it is built with standard GM parts so repairs are no more expensive than any GM truck.
And the functionality is exceptional. Off road, deep snow, towing, etc. No acceleration issues AT ALL. The towing is great for that class – I have towed max loads cross country more than once and it was great. Daily driver for 14 years and extremely happy with my H3!
He should have been ashamed to make this video.
He obviously does take care of his stuff.
I've never had any of the problem he talked about.
This is your trash neighbor who has the worst looking house on the block and never cuts his grass.
My 2006 H3 is a Monster!!!😂 I drive daily up – down the mountains. Then jump on the highway cruise at 80+ 17 miles prgln!!! Yours 2007 sounds like a lemon. Sorry. But I have had over the years some problems. Now with new tran& motor😱😂👌
Lmao. Trueee
😅
This guy is very stupid… I had 0 problems with my h3.. …
offroad package also has rear locking diff and a different gear ratio 🙂 later models had rear AND front locking diffs, 2007 only had rear i believe
I’ve talked to a lot of owners and own a 2008 H3 adventure, alpha myself and other than a leaky sunroof, and TPM warning light which I easily fixed – I’ve had really no issues. But I’m very proactive to take care of it. I don’t wait for issues to surprise me. I usually can spot issues and I’ve put a few thousand proactively admittedly but this thing runs like a top. Used to own a Rubicon – a new one and I’ve enjoyed driving this much more.
No problems and I off road it as well. Absolutely love it.
I really think you’re experienced is more of an anomaly than the norm
For this Guy the issues he notes could have occured on any vehicle. It is unfortunate that he had a bad experiance with his H3. This H3 was a "Lemon". Obviously it is one of the lower valued vehicles. I have a 2008 H3 Alpha with a V8, I purchased it in 2012. I have had excellent service out of the vehicle. Most any vehicle will have issues. For me my only complaint is the frame has excessive rust. It appears the frame was not coated properly during manfacture. I also had a sunroof leak. The sunroof leak was not an issue to take care of. My goal is to sandblast the frame and refinish it. As far as I am concerned the H3 Alpha Model is a very nice vehicle.
Thanks for the video , you talked me out on trade in my car for one , lol😂
Awe sorry you had so much probs I have 2008 no issues. I have a playlist of my hummer if you wanna chk out the good side of a hummer. Il
Never get rid of it. Maybe some1 abused it before you got it. Thanks for info.
V8 u new
Sound like u new engine cav box
Lmfao😂
Have you had an issue with headlights staying on when the hummer is off?
Problem was you brought a used trashed example at the end of its life at near 200k miles (or you abused the fk out of it for 4 years). Brought a 06 Luxury w/leather & sunroof at 68k 2 years ago. Only valid issues are the stock battery size underpowers the car and drains fast. Replaced 2 switches the led burnt out on and the fuel cap.
