I own this exact car with AWD and live in an area that gets really rough winters. This is the best car on snow and ice. I love it.
yea the strangest thing is no apple car play or android auto but i think its wired only.
Nissan qashqai?
Folks, I have a Nissan Rogue 2018. My only issue with it is the backup camera. It freezes for about 1 or 2 seconds after you start the engine. Thereafter, it works perfectly. I haven't noticed any issues with the transmission or the heating. 100K miles so far.
Yet another reviewer who does not know how to drive a CVT equipped car. When you smack it instantly to the floor, you actually slow your acceleration. You must not to aggressively but quicker than if you are just pulling away from a traffic light under normal circumstances. It is hard for me to explain what I mean. Just push the pedal progressevly to the floor, not instantly to the floor like these guys. Wish I could explain it to them to their faces.
Was looking at possibly buying this car, but once I heard CVT I knew that was a big no no. Heard horror stories about those transmissions. No thanks. But thank you for the honest review.
They are having trouble getting the electric fan for these
Also noticed there’s no designated “sport” mode
I have a rogue sport and I'm trading it in for a VOLVO
I notice the Rogue you review has cheap interior. Not sure about the step brake either Mine doesn't have that. My Rogue Sport is gorgeous black and leather. I do have three things that I will complain about. Two of which you didn't cover. I completely agree with you that the door unlock thing is a pain in the ass. It constantly gets in the way and they need to change it. The other thing is the manual liftgate. Seriously? You can't give me a power button? Last but not least, no heated mirrors. How 1988 of you. Charge me 400 more and give me all three. I'd have paid it. Other than that I couldn't be happier.
I have 2014 Rogue SL AWD and after 6 years I still like it.
I bought mine because it has a CD player in it. True story
Thank you guys all the way from California
My car broke and Nissan traded it with me for a demo version of the Nissan Rogue Sport and so the design is a little the same like y’all’s but some things are different but yeah that’s why it’s depressing why I can’t go to these videos for information that I didn’t know so yeah
Fun Fun Fun…
So far, I am loving my rogue. Black with fully tinted windows, it looks badass. Yes, the engine lag is annoying but is a give and take> I used it well when entering the freeway on fast traffic and so far, no problems.
You can customize the lock feature. It can unlock after put in park or once the car is off. it’s in the settings…. it’s standard on most nissans
The "chassis control" feature is a complete nightmare. I can not turn it off either. On a steep driveway, it almost comes to a complete stop trying to "assist" you. It completely cuts the throttle and you crawl at 0.00001 kph. People behind me must be wondering WTF I'm doing 🙁
Great video!!!👍
The car is called something different, at least everywhere else in the world except the U.S. market. Its called the Qashqai, and the reason it's not called that in the U.S. is political and hilarious. Google it. 😄

Stop start is a pain and is not good for engines and other parts so if it had a choice of yes or no on stop start I will not have stop start.
Stiff and jiggle which one is it
Tall and wide
I own a 2017. I like it.
Nissan Rogue Sport 2018 – I like how I can maneuver like a sedan but load a lot of items like a larger SUV. Fuel Economy is much better than my last car. Would have liked more horsepower as I prefer to start fast and drive fast and I was told I'm only hurting the engine. Got the base model but some of the other models would have been nice too.Did about 35K miles in 18 months. I love it.
CVTs tend to struggle offroad in AWD situations? Suburu would disagree with you!
I own a Rogue Srpot, I like it so far. It has locking differential but I wonder if that's better than the Rav4 dynamic torque vectoring.
The lock thing is cool I dont like auto locks. Keeps cops from opening your doors like they like to do . lol
Dam thats a fast car 147 hp ..my neck hurts …
