AutoDS is horrible hatever you do dont use them, they will rip you of. As soon as issues arrive with your account they wont resolve them and simply let the billing run making them more money.

I source my products from dsers-aliexpress. Would autods connect to dsers? I get an error message w/ my TikTok orders on dsers saying, TikTok has to fill orders outside of china. Who knows what I should do?

I want to warn everyone about my horrible experience with this company. They lure you in by offering one month of free access, but what they don’t tell you is that once the month is over, they will automatically charge you for a full year without any prior notification or reminder.
When I realized they had taken my money, I immediately contacted them for a refund—and what did they do? They blocked my account permanently! Instead of addressing my request, they cut off my access completely after taking my money. No service, no refund—nothing but a scam.
I tried disputing the charge through PayPal, but even they couldn’t help because this company manipulates policies to avoid refunding customers. So once they have your money, it’s gone for good.
This is a fraudulent and unethical business that tricks customers into subscribing, charges them without consent, and then refuses refunds while blocking access. If you value your money, DO NOT use your card and DO NOT subscribe—you will regret it.
I will keep warning others so no one else falls for this scam. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do NOT use AutoDS! Their platform is full of bugs, and they make no effort to fix them. I repeatedly asked them to resolve my issue, but they did nothing. They claim to support Etsy suppliers, but that's a lie—the system is full of issues.
I paid for a one-month subscription, yet they didn’t fix my problem. When I requested a refund, they refused. Without my permission, they also charged my bank card for another service. In the end, I lost both my time and money. Do not trust this platform!
Shopify and AutoDS trial periods are scams. They charge money before the 14 day trial is over, eg.on 13th day. I have proof and they both acknowledge it. However, AutoDS has a policy that is impossible to find that apparently says if you don't raise it within 7 day of them stealing from you they will flatly refuse to consider it. Your talking over $600 gone. They make it extremely difficult to find how to stop your trials and raising it with them is impossible.
This is exactly what I needed! I had a hard time keeping customers happy due to long delivery times, but Service Points completely changed the game for me. Anyone else optimized their fulfillment?

AUTO DS was the worst company i ever worked with. i was paying 24.00 a month and all of the back charges i was getting makes my head hurt. i had my auto ds account linked to my ebay account. auto ds charged me 33.00 to change my shipping and return address on my ebay account. watch out working with this horrible company, if you do keep an eye on the billing section of your auto ds plan. i added $200.00 to my account to pay for orders, when i asked for my money back i was given$170.00 back, i never made one single sale, never. if you work with auto ds all your going to do is find a product on lets say amazon that is for sale, your gonna take that item list it on your store for a super inflated price and IF you have a sale you will have to pay the cost of the product, ebay needs their share, auto ds will rob you some more for their share then you will have to pay taxes and also earn some money. you will not earn very much money selling someone elses product for a super inflated price. WATCH OUT FOR THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY, ASK FOR A LINK TO A PAGE WITH ALL OF THE CHARGES THAT THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE FOR.

can someone help, i imported a product from aliexpress that costs $30 but when i import it, it says i have to pay $95 for the order and i sell it for $195 meaning my profit should be $100 but it says i only get $11 profit, so basically they making me pay an extra $65 and taking $90 from my profit, does anyone know abt this and can explain?

My issue is all my drafts and products that I'm trying to delete all of them have a red exclamation next to them, and along with that it says error. I can't get anything done on the platform.
