  1. Hey doc, that regulator might be set so high that it needs to fill for a bit before it’s going to hold air . I had that same problem on an 30 cal AEA rifle. The regulator is going to “dump” when the pressure gets down to low. Since it’s empty it is going to hiss until it has enough press to seal. Mine hissed for a while then slowly sealed and actually hold pressure superbly.

  2. Thank you for your service and thank you for staying clean of free stuff. I picked up a Blitz in the Dirty .30 cal , leaked really really bad filling it with a scuba tank, my FIX was dry firing on semi and had to probably about 8-10 times before it totally sealed up.. Hope this advice helps someone with their addiction.Ohhhh had the same problem with a Umerex Hammer as well.

  3. Come on sir as a fellow Vet I am going to say respectfully. Please keep your worrys to yourself. Auto or no most airguns can kill people. It's not practical for someone to do what your saying. Same thing with bringing a chainsaw to school. It's not likely

  4. Well, first of all, I’d like to say that you don’t quite know exactly what you’re talking about. This gun can have a silencer on it. I have one myself and you’re describing a lot of things that I haven’t had a single issue with now. Of course you said some things that make a little sense but overall this gun has performed without a single flaw, maybe I got a good gun but in return I have to say they did something right.

  5. Thank you, "Doc!" First, for your combat service in 'Nam. I ride regularly with the Patriot Guard Riders of NY in honor of men and women like you. Among many other so-called "missions, " we were present, along with many of his family members, for dedication of part of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park in Rochester, NY to Medal of Honor recipient Gary Beikirch. Second, I would like to thank you very much for this review of the Hatsan Blitz. For all the reasons you mentioned, I will take this off my purchase list. While very interesting, the full auto feature is definitely not needed or desirable.
