I was going to buy a new 17 Pro this fall, but the Trump Tariffs are threatening our budget, and rather than wasting an extra $200-300 to corporate welfare, I decided to just get a renewed iPhone 15 Pro.
Times are getting tough in America and we all need to tone down our life experience.
Looks like a good phone that will hopefully outlast the Tariffer.

Just bought a used iPhone 15 Pro. A lot of reasons why. But I’ll say that my favorite map for the action button is: Lapse.
It’s an app that wasn’t easily launched from the Lock Screen, or rather would take up widget space. For whatever reason they haven’t done camera, Lock Screen button integration either. So it gets me there quick. Then I can use a Lock Screen slot for Blackmagic camera for video.
Other than that, my big concern on this thing is battery life. The device I got is 91%. And yeah I’m still in the setup phase but I feel like I’m just killing battery life.

It’s funny, I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and I’m upgrading on Monday to the 15 pro. I know it’s a year old now. But I still feel excited for the updates that you are talking about. I actually think I will enjoy the lighter phone and even the smaller screen.
Even though I need to buy some type C cables, I think that will be helpful. My Meta glasses, GoPro and MacBook all charged with the same cable.
