Maybe the brakes are semi-metallic from factory?
After day one I ripped that stupid plastic dam off the front end… My 2014 has 215k on ot, only one Jasper replacement transmission….This Z71 is running like a top…..Refresh Elecation? Just saw a 2013 SLT with 60k miles for 11k…..Think about that.
Yeah the sqeakijg noise is more common, because I have it also 😭 it’s goes and comes but hopefully it doesn’t stay
6.2 in the at4
OK, the new version of GMC Sierra is OK have some love I have some strength but when it comes to a 2003 four the real 6.06 Springs ain’t no truck better than a GMC Sierra in the world ain’t nobody made a truck better than GMCnot even Yukon Xcel Denali’s if you think you made Truck better than that you got the American dream fucked up
The squeaking might be a gmc thing my 24 terrain dose the same thing I’m trading my terrain in for a Sierra in Oct
The 5.3 is awesome, great mid range power for sure and jt sounds awesome. I had a 2020 and a 2022 sierra with this same motor. My current truck is a Silverado with the 2.7. I think both engines are great, but it is hard to beat a V8!
I've owned many leather…I've grown to not like it
In the market for one but keep reading horror stories about transmission issues can anyone confirm?
Goodness. 50k on a 2020 ToyotaTundra or Tacoma is not even broken in yet. You’re talking like you’re some pioneer.
Great video. I just bought a 2025 Elevation fully loaded. I’ve had it 3 weeks and just hit 2,100 miles. I love everything about this truck- And I came from a new Mercedes E450, so comfort-wise that’s saying a lot. I won’t go back to a car. This thing is top notch in everything from ride, looks, fun to drive, technology, etc. I hope it lasts a long time. Expensive? Absolutely. But it was worth it in my book.
What about all the lifters blowing or a few injectors blowing and all the transmissions blowing? Do you have that yet? And almost all of that is on the 5.3 motors.
4:22 my question is are you letting it warm up a little so it can build oil pressure?
I just bought a 2020 one with 92k miles.
your brakes squeak in the morning cuz they’re cold and have just been sitting all night, and they’re worse now due to the government changing the rules on brake pads no longer having copper in them which dampened the sound previously
Is 2018 gmc sierra with 200k on it will be a good truck to buy for work in 16k
Dumb Yanks building, buying and driving unneccesary large, petrol consuming (guzzler), heavy vehicles that no one with a sane mind realy needs, then complaining (whine, whine, cry, cry) that prices for fuel is rising!
Did you have any issues after leveling
Same sound with morning brakes in my 23. My opinion is the electronic parking beak wants to do a partial grab. Try setting and releasing prior to your first drive and see if it stops.
