  1. They are a beast last month I picked up the 1000 hunters edition it’s got a lot of power the only thing I didn’t like these machine run
On premium gas as per the manufacturer

  2. Making a deal on a 2023 850 XT-P and it’ll be my first ATV at the age of 60. It’ll probably never dirty, because I’m buying it to take the grandkids for rides at the cabin. I’ll probably never take it out of work mode LOL

  3. THERE A ROYAL PAIN TO WORK ON AND REPLACEMENT SCREW IS A CONSTANT BATTLE YOU HAVE TO GREASE IT EVERY TIME YOU PUT IT IN THE WATER AND IT'S A LOT OF WORK JUST DEGREES IT….THEY SAY GOT A GREASE OF EVERY TIME YOU PUT IT IN WATER AND THE MUD…. IT'S RIDICULOUS…. I BOUGHT THE 2022 XT 850 AND IT'S NOTHING BUT TROUBLE TO DO MAINT ON EVERY TIME YOU RIDE IT… YOU HAVE TO BUY THE SPECIAL TOOL TO PULL THE PINS AND THEN YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE PINS AFTER THEY STRIP OUT COST A LOT FOR PINS 1 KEY COST 100 DOLLARS SHOULD GET 2 KEYS ….MOTOR GET VERY HOT ON LEG…I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM….. I WOULD GO WITH A HONDA FOR EASY MAINTENANCE EASY DEGREES AND A LOT LESS HEADACHES…IM SORRY I BOUGHT THIS IT BEEN IN THE SHOP 6 TIMES IN 4 WEEKS THE MOTOR KEEP DYING THEN RESTARTING THEY CANT FIGURE IT OUT….THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK IT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER ONE OR A DIFFERNCE MODEL WITHOUT LOSING 5000,00 DOLLARS…ONLY HAS 7 1/2 HRS ON IT…IF YOU HAVE LOTS OF TIME WORKING ON IT THIS IS FOR YOU ….

  4. Get your header pipe ceramic coated by Swaintech with their white lightning coating. You’ll thank me later! Heat goes away and it will help with the perfomance.

  5. it's a pain, but a tune with a power vision3 will make the bike run much cooler near your leg. and much cooler overall. i had a suggestion to tune mine and i am glad i spent the money on it. also for it not going in and out of gear, it can be adjusted to shift much easier, there are some videos that show how, it's kind of one of those fit and finish things it seems if it goes into gear at all they send it out of the factory.

  6. I’ve owned all brands except can am on atvs . I have an X3 sxs though and I am a fan of Can Am. I 100% rank them the better of the two North American manufacturers for sure . I recently traded my Polaris Sportsman 1000 Premium on a new KingQuad 750. It’s definitely slow compared to the 3 Brute Forces and 1000 sportsman I’ve had, but it’s fit and finish and overall build quality are absolutely superb . North America just doesn’t match Japanese there . They’re getting closer with the new 700s however .

  7. For $12k I would expect that think to be perfect. I have been considering buying one of these and had noticed some of these things on the one i looked at, and now seeing this video makes me think it is not a one off thing. So i will probably go with a different manufacturer in the end.

  8. Too address the heat, get a flash tune. It’s a night and day difference. They make a lot of heat cause they are extremely lean from factory to meet California emissions, a tune fixes the air/fuel ratio, yes it will be a little harder on fuel but the engine will be a lot happier and more dependable down the road cause a cooler engine is a happier engine. A tune can also have the rad fan kick on sooner, can remove limiters and remove the reverse override and at the same time you’ll see a little bump in power. Look into a dynojet PV3 and have it loaded with their own tune or any tune file from companies like motorsports addict. Like any other machine out there, do proper maintenance and it will last forever. There’s many high mileage outlanders out there that can confirm lol

  9. ….that being said, I hope you have many miles on that machine, it looks nice and it's definitely decked out! I've a 2018 570 XT and what impressed me was the performance. It's my first Can Am and I've 1100 miles without any problems so far.

  10. What is up with that key? That looks like a disaster waiting to happen!! Plastic? And the way it just sits on there like a golf ball teed up waiting for a branch to knock it off….or break it off. I don't understand that….what advantage is that to the user? Being a Can Am owner I want to know if they're just trying to make our lives harder?

  11. Excellent review on a great machine. I have a 19 850XT and love it. Mine has a squealing sound at the back of mine and I just have to crack open the gas cap for a few seconds and it quits. I love plowing snow with it as well. You’ll enjoy this for a long time. Welcome to the CanAm family!!

  12. Not bad, good looking machine. I just ordered one of the new 700 pro Hunting editions. Looking forward to evaluating that one in the woods.
