Ingredients for Suji Moong Dal Fare
नमक – Salt – 3/4 tsp
तेल – Oil – 1 tbsp
सूजी – Semolina – 1 cup (180 grams)

For Stuffing
मूंग धुली दाल – Moong dhuli dal – 1/2 cup (100 grams)
नमक – Salt – 1/4 tsp
अदरक – Ginger – 1/2 tsp, grated
हरी मिर्च – Green chilli – 1/2 tsp, chopped
धनिया पाउडर – Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
हल्दी पाउडर – Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
अमचूर पाउडर – Dry mango powder – 1/4 tsp
गरम मसाला – Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
जीरा – Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp, crushed
हींग – Asafoetida – 1/2 pinch
हरा धनिया – Coriander – 1-2 tbsp

For Frying
तेल – Oil – 1 tbsp
सरसों के दाने – Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
जीरा – Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
करी पत्ता – Curry leaves
तिल – Sesame – 1/2 tsp
लाल मिर्च – Red chilli
नमक – Salt
